Rules Page

1. No cheating, or you get a strike
2. Strike #1 : Power level decreased of 20%
Strike #2 : Another decrease of 20%, lose all items and money, inactive for 1 week
Strike #3 : So surprising.... many things will start to happen to your character...
Strike #4 : Power level back to 300
Strike #5 : Blocked from the RPG for 1 month + all stats back to 300, without any items
Strike #6 : Banned from the RPG...
3. When wishes are made with the dragonballs, you must e-mail me it, and I'll get back to you with it. You can also instant message me, and tell me the wishes. If you go in RP on the message board, before the wish works, you must wait for me to reply, acting the Dragon. If the wish gets refused, you can post a new wish on the MB, and the process goes on like that until all of the wishes are made.
4. When you walk to locations, it takes 4 days to get there. When you use your flying abilities, it removes one day from that time. After that, I remove other days with a really complicated system. The one with the most power can make it to other locations in a certain amount of time. As for the others, I go with a comparison system. If the person is much less powerful than another, it shall take that other person much more time to get to another location with a full power fly. If 2 people are of about the same power, the time needed to get to a location is supposed to be the same, unless there are special restrictions or conditions. These are mine to decide. If you fly or walk to a location and that you carry someone or something really heavy, the time needed to get to another location will be increased. Again, this is mine to decide, though I have something that we call judgement, and I shall use it properly.
5. You gain 100 pl for each day of self training.
6. When you are learning techniques, you cannot train. You cannot quest. You cannot travel. You can only learn your technique, and you gain no Pl for it. If you stop the learning by yourself, not by the fact that I tell you to stop because you are attacked, you are going to have to start all over again. The time required to learn a technique that you character can learn by himself and that is on the master's page is the time on that page, -1 day. When you are teaching one of your techniques to someone else, the time required for the other to learn it is twice the normal time. You cannot teach to someone else the made-up technique that you have.
7. 200 credits a day when you go on a job quest and get 50 pl a day.
8. You gain +10 pl a day for sparing for each person you spar with (ex. if you spare for one day with 5 persons, you get 150 pl).
9. You gain 150 pl a day while training with a master and you can learn techniques. When learning techniques from a master (or from someone teaching you a technique) you gain 50 Pl a day, the master gains 150 PL a day (those masters who are characters, that is)br>
10. For gravity training, you must refer to the chart on the training page to se how much pl you gain. Extensive use of high gravity can lead to serious injury or death. For extensive use, I mean like if you go for more than 1 day within the doors of the ROSAT, no matter your power level is. Besides the Gravity training chart, you will see that there is an amount of time written. After the time written there, you must take a one week break of Gravity training, or else, you will have to suffer the consequences of extensive training. The more you increase the gravity on your training, the less time in a row you can train in there, no matter your power. The gravity doesn't know power, since that it affects the cells and the metabolism of the body.
11. In the Room of Spirit and Time, you get the equivalent of one year of training in one day. Must be at least pl 500 000 to use. Can only go there twice in your life (unless wished for with dragonballs). With the Dragonballs, you can wish to go back ONLY ONE MORE TIME OVERALL!!!! In order for the wish to work, you must've used your two first times. You cannot make a wide broadcast wish of the ROSAT. The wish will only work for one person at a time, not on many people. The wish cannot be used to transport someone within the ROSAT, since that it is on a different time dimension. The wish cannot be used to bring people back in time before they first went inside the ROSAT. When you make the wish, you have to suffer a power drop of 400 000 in the Pl, for it is something taken to allow you to enter once again. The wish must be made by the person that wants to enter another time, and cannot be made by someone else for someone else. Even if the ROSAT is not usable, you can still make that wish, as long as you have been in there twice before. The ROSAT cannot be wished back by the Dragon balls, not even by the Dragon of Earth.
12. You can only have 10 items at the time (not including the Dragonballs) and only one item that you can wear (like one armor, two weapons...). No matter how many henchmen you have, they will still count overall as only 1 item. Same with the sparing androids. The following things comes with an armor : Gloves and Boots, Upper Body Protection. The following come with a Weighted Clothing : Weighted Shirt, Weighted Wrists, Weighted Boots. You cannot wear one thing over another. For example, you cannot use Weighted Wrists and Boots if you are using Weighted Clothing, same with Weighted Shirt. The same goes for the armors. You can only have 2 weapons at once, nothing more. You cannot wear more than one scouter at a time, and scouters can be broken by a dramatic increase in power. If the weapon that you are carrying is too big (a Buster Sword, for example), you can only carry one weapon at once. For being able to use a gravitron, you must need to have either a ship or a Capsule House to put in it.
13. To go from planet to planet, you must use a ship or a space pod. Within a Sayai-jin Space Pod, you cannot do anything else than sit and wait. In other ships, you can train, but you can't go on any types of quest. The things that can be done, if you have the necessary things for that, are the following : Healing, Learning, Sparing, Gravity Training, Self Training.
14. Everything on the rpg is done by e-mail. You just have to e-mail me what you are doing. You can also use the MB, though I really prefer e-mail. If you use any other means to tell me, it is at your own risks. BUT, if you tell me something by phone, voice, or Instant Message, I am not held responsible if I forget it, and thou shall lose time. The rule here is clear, and it is not my problem if you are too lazy to use e-mail. If you complain and insist with that damn sentence "But I told you on MSN or AIM", you are going to get striked...
15. When you fight in the OD and that you are killed, you are going into the limbs, BUT NO ONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THEM UNTIL SOMEONE GETS BACK FROM THEM!!!. Anywhere in the OD, you can't use the Gravitron, nor can you buy things. Hey, dying is not something that must be great and fun, it must suck. THE TICKEt FOR THE SUPER WEIGHTED WRISTS AND BOOTS VANISH WITH THE SOUL OF THE DEAD PERSON, SO IT CANNOT BE STOLEN AFTER DEATH, BUT CAN BE WHEN UNCONSCIOUS...
16. In the limbs, you can only train. You cannot spare, fight, or earn money. YOU CAN SPARE, FIGHT, AND EARN MONEY IN THE HFIL. Limbs are a place in which you cannot encounter anyone, cannot fight anyone, cannot spare at all. You are in some kind of dark place in which you cannot do anything else than learning your own techniques, self training yourself, and wander into the depths of your mind...
17. To spare or fight, you must be on the same location as the other person. THE PERSON DOESN'T NEED TO AGREE TO FIGHT!!!
18. Every character starts with 5 000 credits, 1 550 000 PL. You also have Ki Control, Fly, and one of your techniques. If I say so, you also start with special items.
19. When you travel and that you change direction, the time taken to get to that other location is increased. If you go and change directions too many times, you are going to get stucked to a location for 2 days, and have to travel all over again to the new direction, for your character will be in too much confusion, and will need to think about it for a long time...
20. When you are brought back to life, you are brought back to your original planet.
21. Earth Dragonballs are on Earth, Namek Balls on Namek, and Black Star Balls anywhere in the universe.
22. No PL or money gained on Dragonball quests, unless I say so (like if you have to fight).
23. You cannot combine training equipment to get a super training.
24. You have to ask me the permission to train in the Room of Spirit and Time, and you have to be on Earth North location. Only four persons allowed inside at a time. All training effects are doubled because of the intense gravity inside. Before you can even enter, you have to get the authorization from Kami, and must have a really good reason. That authorization is given in a RP manner, which is, you post an asking RP on the MB, and I post an answering RP...
25. It takes 7 days to travel from planet to planet, but, unless you have a Sayai-jin Space Pod, you can train.
26. You can only have one character.
27. No bitching about my decisions. We always have the last word to say. But when I say no bitching, what I mean is... you can still argue my decision, I don't mind that... but if you do, please, have arguments. If you simply complain about a decision without arguments, or if you insist after I demolished your arguments, you will get a strike.
28. When you reach a Pl of 1 500 000, you have the possibility to create an attack of your own. But you must submit me the attack in order that it can be accepted, and you cannot copy the attack or move of someone else. It can be similar, but if you choose to have something similar, it is going to be less powerful than the first one that made it.
29. 20 000 credits is the max amount of money (and highest price of an item) that can be wished for with Dragonballs.
30. No one can be immortal. No one...
31. One wish with Earth balls, three with Nameks Balls, and five with Black Star balls. Black Star balls can be used to wish more than one person back (and so does the Earth Balls) and the powers of that Dragon are slightly stronger than that of the other Dragons. BALLS ARE INACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS AFTER BEING USED. In order to find the blackstar Dragonballs, you have absolute need for the Black Dragonball Locator. As for the wishes, I am not going to put here all the wishes that cannot be made, this is my decision to take.
32. When you are changing your character, you suffer a big penalty. Your stats are cut in two, you lose all of your equipment, you lose all of your techniques, and you cannot train for 2 weeks or go on a quest.
33. When you die, it takes you 3 days to reach King Kai's planet.
34. YOU MUST KNOW KI CONTROL BEFORE USING ANY KI BASED ATTACKS OR FLYING
35. When you just fought and you lose, if the opponent doesn't kill you, you will be seriously wounded and, unless you get healed, you will be inactive for three days.
36. WHEN YOU REACH PL 10 000, YOU MULTIPLY TRAINING EFFECTS BY TEN.
37. WHEN YOU REACH PL 10 000, PL OF THE ATTACKS IS MULTIPLIED BY TEN. WHEN YOU REACH PL 1 000 000, PL OF ATTACKS IS MULTIPLIED BY TEN AGAIN.
38. Here are the alignements : Pure Evil, Evil, Chaotic, Bad, Neutral, Fair, Good, Great, Heroic, Holy
39. People that are Evil and Pure Evil go straight to the HFIL when they die. Holy go straight to the Grand Kai's Planet. All of the others must pass a trial in front of King Yemma to decide if they go to King Kai's or in the HFIL.
40. When you reach a Pl of 10 000, all the Pl of the equipments is multiplied by 10. Then, when you reach 1 000 000, the training equipment effects are times 10 again but not that of the other equipment.
41. You can ask someone else to kill you in order to get   in the Other Dimension. But one doesn't know where he'll end up, does he?
42. Fights planned by the players against players will not give any money and won't give as much Pl as normal...
43. You cannot fight the masters
44. No cussing at all on the RPG (I accept things like crap, damn, darn...)
45. No such things like bitching the others in the RPG
46. When you do a hidden power quest and that you choose a technique, you get a random technique for any masters in the universe. I will have a chart at my home, and I will role a dice to know what technique you are getting. The time of the learning will be 1.5 the normal time to learn it. The chart will even include the Kai's planets.
47. When you chose to be good or evil, you have to keep that alignment for a MINIMUM of 2 months, or else, it is a strike. The only reason that I accept for changing alignment is that I told you to change... which means, you would have no choice... hehehe...
48. Here is a little bit of explanation about the battle system. First of, the Pl you gain from a battle. It is decided by me, but I do work with the intensity of the battle, the way it has been done, the difference in powers, the context in which it happened, and the overall strenght of everyone. As for the attacks. The Pl that you see on the attacks page is not the real Pl. It is just something to show the difference between two attacks. In a fight, the attacks can make a difference, even if you have a lower power level than your oponent. The maximum amount of Pl that can be gained in a battle is 200 000, unless I say so. Finally, as for fight results. When you die, you get a little bit more Pl than when you win the fight, unless you are a Sayai-jin. Indeed, like we all know from the show, Sayai-jins do gain Pl in a quicker manner than any other races...
49. For the actions that you are doing, you are going to start doing it on the date that I receive the e-mail, not on the date that you tell me you sent the e-mail. Also, when you do an action on an e-mail or on the MB, you can no longer come back on that action. This is going to make it more realistic in terms of RP and all, since that in real life, when you do an action, you cannot come back on it after seeing the consequences...
50. BATTLE SYSTEM!!!!!
First of, when you engage in a battle, the other can try to run away. The chances of being able to run away will be calculated by a simple mathematic formula, and I am going to roll the result with a dice. The formula goes like this : (Half your Pl / Pl of the oponent) x 100. So, if for example you have a 50% chances of escaping, if I roll 66 on my dices, you won't be able to escape. Not only that, but you'll also give a free attack for your oponent.

Now, if you choose to engage a battle, you sure do it at your own risks. When you fight someone else, your chances of winning are calculated along with the comparison of the power of both fighters. Taken into account are your natural Pl, your power ups, your techniques, the items that you are using, the strategy that you build and use during the fight. There has been many complaints about the Pl gained during the fights, as it was unfair. For now, I am going to use this formula in order to give the Pl to the others in a fight. (NOTE : THIS RULE IS TO TEST FOR NOW! IF IT IS NOT WORKING WELL, I AM BUSTING IT!). When you are in a fight, you are going automatically to gain an amount of power, that is for sure. The winner will gain 1/(%difference of power between both) as for Pl, and the loser will gain the same amount, +10% of the obtained result. If you use healing during the fight, or a senzu bean, you are going to gain another 10% of bonus, and if you are a Sayai-jin and that you got somewhat bruised up in the battle (that rule apply when the difference in power reaches around 50%), you gain another 10% in bonus. The maximum pl gained in a fight will be 200 000, BUT THE BONUSES CAN MAKE YOU GO OVER 200 000! If you have any questions about this one, just go on the suggestion section or question section on the MB, and I shall try to explain myself better...

51. In order to manipulate any weapons in the RPG, you need to have a proficiency with the weapon. Even those with weapons right now will need them to manipulate their swords and all. The actual masters that we have for those are listed as follows :

Frank : All weapons that require two hands to be used, except range weapons, and claws
Garlic Jr : Thrown weapons + all daggers and knives
Dende : All of what is between short sword and long sword
Auron : All weapons
#17 : Blasters and ranged weapons

The proficiencies can only be taught by someone that is officialy a master with it, not by any other characters. The teaching is at the good will of the master...

52. You can teach techniques to other characters as you want, but when you do so, it will take double the normal amount of time to learn it. Also, you cannot teach to someone else the made up technique that your character has. These are unique techniques, and they are for that character only. When you are teaching someone else, you get the Pl for a normal master training(150 PL a day), while the other person gets the technique taught and 50 PL a day.
